We recently visited the mining train excursion and I have heard all about the hype around this Christmas event every year, tickets can sell out so make sure to set a reminder as this is one of the more affordable versions of this type of excursion compared to other train companies’ ticket pricing. ($38 Child and $48.00 Adult)

The latest one is Apple Camp: Direct Your Own Friendship Film on iPad this class is geared towards ages 6-10 (but check your location as some vary with age recommendations). Campers will collaborate as they direct, record, edit, and more to make a friendship film that celebrates how we’re better when we come together. Devices provided. For sessions with amplified sound, hearing loop technology is available on request. Enter your location and find your closest class here
Summer Theater productions are another favorite activity of ours to escape the heat and one of our favorite theaters has a few upcoming shows. We have seen a few shows at Uptown!
